Hawzah News Agency – Imam al-Baqir peace be upon him says:

الإيمانُ إقرارٌ وعملٌ، والإسلامُ إقرارٌ بلا عملٍ.

'Faith is to attest and to act, whereas Islam is to attest without action.' 4
